Dave joined MBN Services in early 2025, bringing with him decades of experience in Security, Teaching and Business Management across both the Australian and Hong Kong markets. Dave maintains a positive mindset and is always smiling, making him a real asset to MBN Services on the field.
When asked what he enjoys about working at MBN Services, Dave said:
"I feel quite lucky to be in a role that has a good mix of problem solving and physical movement, as well as different interactions with people. At my age, this is hard to come by, and it keeps me energetic. So, I feel pretty lucky to be with MBN "

Jesse joined MBN Services in 2025 and bought with him years of experience in Operations and Client Management. His experience as National Intel Officer in the covert loss prevention branch of security, along with his extensive client management experience have helped shaped his role at MBN Services.

Soena joined MBN Services in 2020 as a Security Officer. With hard work and dedication, Soena stood out as a high achiever that kept pushing the limits. She quickly earned a reputation among her colleagues as someone that's dependable and driven, and these qualities are precisely what opened the door for Soena to move into different roles at MBN Services, from stepping up into the corporate side into an admin role, to the current day where she manages parts of the operation as a Rostering and Payroll Manager.
