"I joined MBN Security in February 2026. I started as a Security Officer, where I learned the importance of staying calm and alert in different situations. Over time, through hard work and commitment, I have now stepped into the role of Security Supervisor. In this position, I take pride in guiding my team, ensuring safety standards are met, and handling day-to-day challenges with professionalism. I enjoy solving problems, staying active on-site, and interacting with people from all walks of life. Each day brings something new, and that variety keeps me motivated and engaged. I believe security is not just about protecting property. It's also about being approachable, supportive, and building trust with the community. I'm proud of the progress I've made, and I look forward to continuing to grow with MBN Services."

Gatehouse Access and Parking Controller
Dave joined MBN Services in early 2025, bringing with him decades of experience in Security, Teaching and Business Management across both the Australian and Hong Kong markets. Dave maintains a positive mindset and is always smiling, making him a real asset to MBN Services on the field.
When asked what he enjoys about working at MBN Services, Dave said:

Soena Chaudhary
Rostering Manager
Soena joined MBN Services in 2020 as a Security Officer. With hard work and dedication, Soena stood out as a high achiever that kept pushing the limits. She quickly earned a reputation among her colleagues as someone that's dependable and driven, and these qualities are precisely what opened the door for Soena to move into different roles at MBN Services, from stepping up into the corporate side into an admin role, to the current day where she manages parts of the operation as a Rostering Manager.
