MBN Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Troy Hardie as our new National Operations Manager.

Troy joins MBN Services with more than three decades of operational leadership experience spanning law enforcement, corporate security, risk management, emergency preparedness and large-scale operations.

His career commenced with almost 13 years in the NSW Police Force, where he served in both Police Rescue and Criminal Investigation. This experience developed the operational discipline, investigative expertise and leadership skills that have underpinned a distinguished career in security and operational management.

Throughout his career, Troy has held senior leadership positions with leading organisations including Westpac, the Reserve Bank of Australia, The ICONIC, Jaycar Electronics, and Certis Security Group. He has successfully led large operational teams, managed significant security portfolios, developed emergency management frameworks, strengthened operational resilience, and delivered measurable improvements in performance, compliance, and client outcomes.

Troy is recognised for his practical leadership style, commitment to operational excellence, and ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and frontline teams. His extensive experience in law enforcement, investigations, emergency management, and operational risk provides valuable expertise that will further strengthen MBN Services' commitment to delivering exceptional service across Australia.
